SAP FICO Training in Dubai

SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling

For accountants, finance graduates and ERP users who want a finance systems or consulting role. You configure a practice company from scratch, post real transactions and see how the S/4HANA Universal Journal brings accounting and costing together. Exercises use UAE situations such as 5% VAT tax codes, reverse charge on imports, Corporate Tax reporting and groups with mainland and free zone companies trading in AED and USD. You need basic accounting knowledge rather than SAP experience, and it pairs well with ACCA or CMA studies.

Key topics

  • Enterprise structure, chart of accounts and fiscal year
  • General ledger, payables and receivables
  • Asset and bank accounting
  • UAE VAT tax codes and reporting
  • Cost centres, internal orders and profit centres
  • Product costing, margin analysis and closing

Roles in the UAE: SAP FICO consultant, finance systems analyst, SAP finance key user, SAP support analyst

Next batch: Mon 26 Oct 2026 · 11 AM / 2 PM / 5 PM GST · Live Online · 75 days · AED 2,000 per module, no VAT

SAP MM Training in Dubai

SAP S/4HANA Materials Management

For procurement, stores and supply chain staff, and engineering or commerce graduates looking for a first SAP module. MM runs procure-to-pay: buying, receiving, storing and paying for goods. Because so much of what UAE companies buy is imported through Jebel Ali and moves between mainland and free zone entities, the course gives extra time to landed cost (freight, customs duty, clearing), multi-currency purchasing and the approval chains large UAE buyers use. MM is also the base for Ariba and EWM.

Key topics

  • Material master and suppliers as Business Partners
  • Requisitions, RFQs, purchase orders and contracts
  • Release strategies and flexible workflow
  • Goods receipt, stock types and transfers
  • Invoice verification and delivery costs
  • Valuation, account determination and MRP basics

Roles in the UAE: SAP MM consultant, procurement systems analyst, SAP inventory key user, SAP logistics support analyst

Next batch: Mon 26 Oct 2026 · 11 AM / 2 PM / 5 PM GST · Live Online · 75 days · AED 2,000 per module, no VAT

SAP SD Training in Dubai

SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution

For sales operations, customer service and commercial staff, and graduates who enjoy business rules. SD handles order-to-cash: quotations, orders, deliveries, invoices and customer credit. Dubai trading and re-export businesses need things textbook examples rarely show - AED and USD price lists for different markets, separate terms for mainland and free zone customers, intercompany sales across the GCC and VAT-compliant invoices - so these shape the exercises. Pricing gets the most time, because it is where SD consultants spend most of their working day.

Key topics

  • Sales areas, customers and master data
  • Quotations, orders and item categories
  • Pricing with the condition technique
  • Availability check, delivery and goods issue
  • Billing, returns and credit management
  • Intercompany, third-party and consignment sales

Roles in the UAE: SAP SD consultant, order-to-cash analyst, SAP sales key user, SAP support analyst (sales)

Next batch: Mon 26 Oct 2026 · 11 AM / 2 PM / 5 PM GST · Live Online · 75 days · AED 2,000 per module, no VAT

SAP PP Training in Dubai

SAP S/4HANA Production Planning

For production and planning engineers, mechanical, industrial and chemical engineering graduates, and anyone working in plant operations. Factories in Dubai Industrial City, Jebel Ali and the wider UAE - food, building materials, metals, plastics and pharmaceuticals - plan production in SAP, and the national industrial strategy keeps the sector growing. You cover discrete manufacturing with production orders and process manufacturing with recipes and batches, because UAE plants use both, and you learn to read MRP results the way planners do.

Key topics

  • Bills of materials, routings and work centres
  • Demand management and planning strategies
  • MRP Live and exception messages
  • Production orders and confirmations
  • Process orders, recipes and batch management
  • Capacity planning and costing integration

Roles in the UAE: SAP PP consultant, production planning analyst, SAP manufacturing key user, SAP support analyst (manufacturing)

Next batch: Mon 26 Oct 2026 · 11 AM / 2 PM / 5 PM GST · Live Online · 75 days · AED 2,000 per module, no VAT

SAP ABAP Course in Dubai

ABAP for SAP S/4HANA

For developers, computer science and IT graduates, and functional consultants who want technical depth. You should already know basic programming in any language. With mainstream maintenance for SAP ECC 6.0 ending in 2027, UAE companies are converting to S/4HANA, and every conversion means reviewing custom code. Local work adds VAT-compliant invoice layouts, bilingual Arabic and English forms and bank payment files. The course covers classic ABAP and the modern stack that S/4HANA projects now expect.

Key topics

  • ABAP syntax, internal tables and ABAP SQL
  • Object-oriented ABAP and debugging
  • Reports, ALV and Adobe Forms
  • Enhancements and BAdIs
  • CDS views, OData services and RAP
  • Clean core and ABAP Cloud basics

Roles in the UAE: SAP ABAP developer, SAP technical consultant, Fiori/RAP developer, SAP AMS developer

Next batch: Mon 26 Oct 2026 · 11 AM / 2 PM / 5 PM GST · Live Online · 75 days · AED 2,000 per module, no VAT

SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Training in Dubai

SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM

For HR, payroll and HRIS professionals, and graduates interested in the people side of business. HR systems here handle rules people rarely expect: salaries paid through the Wage Protection System, end-of-service gratuity under UAE labour law, pension contributions for UAE nationals and Emiratisation reporting. The course centres on SuccessFactors Employee Central, where most new HR projects are going, and also explains on-premise SAP HCM, because many UAE organisations run both during the move to the cloud.

Key topics

  • Organisation and position management
  • Employee Central data model and workflows
  • Time off and holiday calendars
  • Payroll concepts, WPS and gratuity
  • Recruiting, onboarding and performance
  • Integration with SAP HCM and S/4HANA

Roles in the UAE: SuccessFactors consultant, HRIS analyst, SAP HCM/payroll consultant, HR systems key user

Next batch: Mon 26 Oct 2026 · 11 AM / 2 PM / 5 PM GST · Live Online · 75 days · AED 2,000 per module, no VAT

SAP Ariba Training in Dubai

SAP Ariba and S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement

For procurement, sourcing and contracts professionals, and SAP MM consultants moving into cloud procurement. Large UAE buyers - government-related entities, energy companies, airlines and major contractors - run formal tenders, supplier pre-qualification and contract approval, often in Ariba connected to S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement. Exercises use realistic local details such as trade licence and VAT TRN capture at supplier registration and In-Country Value (ICV) criteria in tender evaluation. Procurement experience helps; SAP experience is not required.

Key topics

  • Sourcing events: RFIs, RFPs and auctions
  • Contract workspaces and approvals
  • Supplier Lifecycle and Performance
  • Guided Buying and catalogues
  • Ariba Network orders and invoices
  • Integration with S/4HANA procurement

Roles in the UAE: SAP Ariba consultant, procurement systems lead, sourcing and contracts analyst, supplier enablement specialist

Next batch: Mon 26 Oct 2026 · 11 AM / 2 PM / 5 PM GST · Live Online · 75 days · AED 2,000 per module, no VAT

SAP EWM Training in Dubai

SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management

For warehouse, logistics and supply chain professionals, and MM or SD consultants who want a specialist skill. Dubai is one of the world’s busiest logistics hubs: Jebel Ali, Dubai South and the free zones handle imports, re-exports, cold-chain stock and fast-growing e-commerce orders under one roof. EWM runs those flows bin by bin, so the course covers put-away and picking strategies, waves, handling units and RF scanning, with FEFO picking for food and pharmaceuticals. Basic MM and SD knowledge is recommended.

Key topics

  • Warehouse structure: storage types and bins
  • Inbound processing and put-away strategies
  • Outbound processing, waves and picking
  • Warehouse tasks, orders and process types
  • RF framework for handheld scanners
  • Physical inventory and embedded vs decentralised EWM

Roles in the UAE: SAP EWM consultant, warehouse systems analyst, SAP logistics consultant, WMS key user

Next batch: Mon 26 Oct 2026 · 11 AM / 2 PM / 5 PM GST · Live Online · 75 days · AED 2,000 per module, no VAT

SAP S/4HANA in brief

SAP S/4HANA is SAP’s current ERP system - the software large organisations use to run finance, purchasing, sales, manufacturing, warehousing and HR in one place. It replaced SAP ECC (often called R/3), which many UAE companies still run today.

Three changes matter most if you’re learning it. S/4HANA runs only on SAP’s in-memory HANA database, which made it possible to simplify the data model: in finance, for example, accounting and controlling now share one table, the Universal Journal. Customers and suppliers are now managed as Business Partners. And most day-to-day work happens in SAP Fiori, a browser-based interface built around roles and tasks, while consultants still use the classic configuration screens behind the scenes.

S/4HANA comes in three main forms: on-premise, where the company runs it in its own or a hosted data centre; private cloud, usually bought through SAP’s RISE with SAP offering; and public cloud, a standardised software-as-a-service edition with less room for configuration. Our courses teach configuration as it works in the on-premise and private cloud editions, where consultants configure the system most directly, and point out where the public cloud edition differs.

Why SAP skills matter in the UAE

SAP is one of the most widely used ERP systems among large organisations in the UAE. Government and semi-government entities, energy and utilities companies, airlines and logistics groups, retailers, manufacturers, real estate developers and the big family-owned conglomerates all run core operations on it, and many are now moving from SAP ECC to S/4HANA or onto SAP’s cloud editions.

Three forces keep demand for SAP skills steady here. First, migrations: SAP’s mainstream maintenance for ECC 6.0 ends in 2027, so S/4HANA conversion projects are under way across the region. Second, regulation: VAT in 2018, federal Corporate Tax from June 2023, and the planned e-invoicing rollout all require changes inside SAP. Third, growth: new free zone entities, acquisitions and GCC expansion mean new company codes, plants and roll-outs.

Demand differs by module and moves with project cycles, so we recommend looking at current UAE job listings for your chosen module before you enrol. We’re happy to go through a few listings with you and explain what the requirements mean in practice.

Dubai Marina skyline at dusk, home to many of the businesses that hire SAP professionals in the UAE

Who hires SAP professionals in the UAE

SAP roles in the UAE come from two kinds of organisation: companies that run SAP themselves, and firms that implement and support it for others.

SAP partners and consultancies

Global systems integrators, the large audit and advisory firms, and regional SAP partners based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi run implementation and support projects across the GCC.

Government and semi-government entities

Federal and emirate-level bodies and government-related companies often run large SAP estates with in-house SAP teams and long-term support contracts.

Energy, utilities and industry

Oil and gas, power and water, aluminium, building materials and other manufacturers rely on SAP for finance, maintenance, procurement and production.

Aviation, ports and logistics

Airlines, airports, port operators, free zone authorities and logistics groups use SAP for finance, procurement, warehousing and HR.

Retail, trading and FMCG

Distribution and trading groups, retailers and consumer goods companies use SAP heavily for sales, procurement and inventory.

Real estate, construction and healthcare

Developers, contractors and hospital groups use SAP for project accounting, procurement, assets and HR.

Emiratisation and visas: what to know

Emiratisation affects hiring in the private sector. Under the MOHRE targets (often referred to through the Nafis programme), companies with 50 or more employees must increase the share of UAE nationals in skilled roles each year, and some smaller companies in specified sectors have their own targets. For UAE nationals this makes SAP skills particularly valuable, as many employers actively look for Emirati talent for finance, HR, procurement and IT roles.

For expatriate learners: completing a training course doesn’t give you a UAE work visa. Employment visas and work permits are sponsored by the employer that hires you. If you’re in the UAE on a visit visa, check that its conditions allow you to attend a course, and remember you’ll need an employer-sponsored work permit before you can start a job.

Rules and targets change, so always check the current position with MOHRE (mohre.gov.ae) and the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) Dubai or ICP rather than relying on any training provider, including us.

How to choose the right SAP module

The best module is usually the one that builds on what you already know. Employers hire SAP consultants for their business knowledge as much as their system skills, so your background is an advantage, not something to start over from.

Your backgroundSuggested moduleWhy
Accounting, audit or financeSAP FICOYour accounting knowledge carries straight into configuration, and finance is part of almost every SAP project.
Purchasing, stores or supply chainSAP MM, then Ariba or EWMMM is the base of procure-to-pay. Ariba suits sourcing and contracts specialists, and EWM suits warehouse professionals.
Sales, customer service or tradingSAP SDPricing, orders and billing map directly to commercial experience.
Engineering or manufacturingSAP PPProduction planning models the plant processes engineers already understand.
HR or payrollSAP HCM & SuccessFactorsHR process knowledge is the hardest part of HRIS work to teach, and you already have it.
Programming or ITSAP ABAPABAP is the direct technical route into SAP, and S/4HANA conversions keep developers busy reviewing and modernising custom code.
Warehousing or logisticsSAP EWM (with MM basics)Dubai’s logistics sector makes warehouse systems expertise particularly relevant.

Common module pairings

  • FI + CO

Finance roles almost always expect both, which is why our FICO course teaches them together.

  • MM + SD

The core logistics pair for trading and distribution companies, and common in support teams that cover the whole order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycle.

  • MM + EWM or MM + Ariba

A specialist path for supply chain careers: EWM for warehousing and logistics, Ariba for sourcing and supplier management.

  • ABAP + functional knowledge

Developers who understand the FICO, MM or SD process behind a requirement write better solutions and are easier for project teams to work with.

  • SuccessFactors + payroll knowledge

HR systems roles in the UAE value Employee Central skills combined with an understanding of payroll, WPS and gratuity.

If you’re a fresh graduate with no specific background, MM, SD and FICO are the most common starting points. Choose the one whose business process interests you most - you’ll be explaining it in interviews.

From course to first SAP role: a realistic path

SAP roles usually ask for project experience, which is the hardest thing for a newcomer to show. These are the steps that most often work, in roughly this order.

  1. Learn the module properly and practise

Aim to explain each end-to-end process and its configuration in your own words, not just recognise the screens. Interviewers test understanding, and the practice system is where you build it.

  2. Take the SAP certification exam

Certification isn’t a guarantee of a job, but it is an objective, checkable credential issued by SAP, and some employers and partners use it to shortlist candidates.

  3. Use the job you already have

If your current employer runs SAP, ask to join testing, a roll-out or a key-user group. Real project exposure, even in a support role, counts for more on a CV than course work alone.

  4. Target realistic first roles

Support analyst, application management (AMS) and junior consultant roles are the usual entry points, along with key-user and super-user positions inside companies that run SAP.

  5. Build from there

After a first project or a year in support, consultant roles open up, and many people add a second module or move into S/4HANA migration work as they gain experience.

Illustration of a five-step career path rising from an SAP course to a first SAP role12345

Your previous experience matters at every step. An accountant who learns FICO, or a storekeeper who learns MM, can describe real business situations in interviews, and that is often what separates candidates with similar SAP training.

SAP certification: what we cover and what SAP issues

SAP certification is issued by SAP, not by any training institute. You book and pay for the exam directly with SAP, take it online under SAP’s proctoring rules, and receive a digital badge from SAP if you pass. Unless a batch listing says otherwise, the SAP exam fee isn’t included in our course fee.

What we do is prepare you for it. Each course follows the topic areas of the relevant SAP associate exam and includes practice questions and revision sessions. When you finish the course you receive a SoftPro9 course completion certificate, which shows employers what you studied but is not an SAP certification.

SAP updates exam codes and syllabuses with new S/4HANA releases, so check the current exam on SAP’s certification site before you book. We can help you choose the right one for your module.

What to check before choosing an SAP institute in Dubai

Whichever institute you choose, including us, these questions help you compare courses fairly before you pay.

Hands-on system access

Ask which SAP S/4HANA system you will practise on, how many hours of practice are included, and how long your access lasts after the course.

Trainer credentials you can check

Ask for the trainer’s name, SAP certifications (SAP issues digital badges you can verify online) and real project experience in your module.

Honesty about certification

Only SAP issues SAP certification. Be wary of any institute that says it awards “SAP certification” itself, and check whether the SAP exam fee is included.

Fees in writing

Get the full fee in AED in writing, including VAT and any exam or materials costs, along with the refund and rescheduling terms.

Batch size and timetable

Check how many learners are in a batch, the days and times in GST, and what happens if you miss a session.

Placement promises

Treat guaranteed-job claims with caution. Good institutes help with CVs, interview preparation and openings, but employers make hiring and visa decisions.

How our SAP courses work

Live online classes

Every batch is taught live online in real time, with screen sharing and remote access to the training system. Choose the 11 AM, 2 PM and 5 PM GST time slot that fits around your work.

Project-style exercises

Each module ends with an end-to-end scenario based on UAE business situations, which you can talk about in interviews.

Interview preparation

CV and LinkedIn review for SAP roles, mock interviews and guidance on how to describe your training honestly.

We help with CV preparation, LinkedIn profiles, mock interviews and sharing relevant openings. We don’t promise jobs: hiring decisions, and visa sponsorship, are always the employer’s.

SAP training in Dubai: frequently asked questions

How much does SAP training in Dubai cost?

The fee is AED 2,000 per module, all-inclusive, no VAT. Every batch runs for 75 days and is taught live online, with a choice of 11 AM, 2 PM and 5 PM GST time slots. New batches start every Monday and Thursday, and the next four start dates are listed in the Upcoming Dubai batches table on this page.

Which SAP module is best for jobs in Dubai?

The best module is the one that builds on your background: FICO for accountants, MM for procurement and stores staff, SD for sales and commercial roles, PP for engineers, SuccessFactors for HR, ABAP for programmers and EWM for warehouse staff. Dubai’s trading, logistics and finance-heavy economy uses all of them, but demand shifts with projects, so check current job listings for your shortlist.

What is the SAP FICO course fee in Dubai?

The SAP FICO course fee is AED 2,000 per module, all-inclusive, no VAT - the same as every other module. The course runs for 75 days and is taught live online, with 11 AM, 2 PM and 5 PM GST time slots to choose from. New FICO batches start every Monday and Thursday; the FICO section and the batch table show the next start dates.

Does the course include the official SAP certification exam?

SAP certification is issued only by SAP. You book and pay for the exam directly with SAP, and unless a batch says otherwise the exam fee isn’t included in our course fee. Our courses prepare you for the relevant SAP associate exam, and you receive a SoftPro9 course completion certificate.

When do new SAP batches start in Dubai?

New batches start every Monday and Thursday for every module. Each batch runs for 75 days, is taught live online, and offers three time slots - 11 AM, 2 PM and 5 PM GST - so you can fit classes around your job. The Upcoming Dubai batches table on this page always shows the next four start dates.

How do I reach your Burjuman centre?

Take the Dubai Metro to BurJuman station, where the Red and Green lines meet, and walk to Bank Street Building on Khalid Bin Al Waleed Road; we are in The Business Center, Office 202. The centre is open Monday to Saturday, 9:30 to 19:00 - message us on WhatsApp before you visit.

Are the SAP classes online or at the Dubai centre?

All batches are taught live online, in real time, with a trainer and remote access to the SAP S/4HANA training system. Classes are not held at the centre. Our Dubai centre near BurJuman Metro is where you can meet a counsellor, complete your enrolment and get support during the course.

Do you offer placement support in the UAE?

We help with CV and LinkedIn preparation for SAP roles, mock interviews and sharing relevant openings we hear about. We don’t guarantee jobs - hiring decisions, and any visa sponsorship, are always made by the employer. Be cautious of any institute that promises guaranteed placement.

How long is the SAP FICO course?

Our SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) batches in Dubai run for 75 days, live online, with 11 AM, 2 PM and 5 PM GST time slots. New batches start every Monday and Thursday. The FICO section above lists the topics and the next start date, and the full course page has the complete syllabus.

Can I join SAP training in Dubai without any SAP experience?

Yes. You don’t need SAP experience to start. What helps is relevant business knowledge for your module - accounting for FICO, purchasing for MM, sales for SD, HR for SuccessFactors - or programming basics for ABAP. Each module section on this page says who the course suits, and the full course pages list the prerequisites.

Do I need SAP MM before SAP Ariba or SAP EWM?

It isn’t required, but it helps. Ariba and EWM both build on the purchasing documents, deliveries and stock that MM creates, so basic MM knowledge makes them much easier to follow. With strong procurement experience you can start with Ariba directly, and experienced warehouse staff can start with EWM if they pick up MM basics alongside it.

Will an SAP course get me a UAE work visa?

No. Completing a training course doesn’t give you a UAE work visa or residence. Employment visas are sponsored by the employer who hires you. If you’re visiting the UAE, check that your visa conditions allow you to attend a course, and confirm current rules with GDRFA Dubai or ICP.
