In the rare event that you find yourself dissatisfied due to unforeseen circumstances, we’re here to listen and assist.
Please be aware that all purchases made on SoftPro9 are considered final. We do not entertain cancellation or refund requests once payment is processed, and course transfers to other users are not permitted.
With our dedication to transparency, every learner is offered a minimum of two days of demo classes for both online and classroom training, ensuring you’re fully satisfied before committing financially. Therefore, we stand firm in our policy of not accepting refund requests post-demo classes.
For self-paced courses, while refunds are not issued, we encourage you to reach out to us in case of any challenges you may encounter. Once the course fee is deposited, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
In any dispute arising from this agreement or our courses, the Jurisdictional Law Court of Bangalore will be engaged.

Refund Eligibility

Course Cancellations: If SoftPro9 cancels a course, you will be entitled to a full refund of the course fees.

Student Withdrawals: Refunds for student withdrawals are processed based on the following timelines:
- Withdrawals made more than 30 days before the course start date: Full refund.
- Withdrawals made 15-30 days before the course start date: 50% refund of the course fees.
- Withdrawals made less than 15 days before the course start date: No refund.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Registration Fees: Registration fees are non-refundable.
- Materials and Resources: Fees for course materials, textbooks, and other resources are non-refundable once they have been distributed.
Refund Process
- Request Submission: To request a refund, please submit a written request to hr@softpro9.com. Include your full name, course name, and the reason for the refund request.
- Review: Your request will be reviewed by our administrative team. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been received and is being processed.
- Approval and Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Special Circumstances
In cases of medical emergencies, military deployment, or other extraordinary circumstances, please contact our administrative office at +91 9108647005 or hr@softpro9.com to discuss possible exceptions to our standard refund policy. Documentation may be required.
