In the rare event that you find yourself dissatisfied due to unforeseen circumstances, we’re here to listen and assist.

Please be aware that all purchases made on SoftPro9 are considered final. We do not entertain cancellation or refund requests once payment is processed, and course transfers to other users are not permitted.

With our dedication to transparency, every learner is offered a minimum of two days of demo classes for both online and classroom training, ensuring you’re fully satisfied before committing financially. Therefore, we stand firm in our policy of not accepting refund requests post-demo classes.

For self-paced courses, while refunds are not issued, we encourage you to reach out to us in case of any challenges you may encounter. Once the course fee is deposited, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

In any dispute arising from this agreement or our courses, the Jurisdictional Law Court of Bangalore will be engaged.
