Privacy Policy

Always on (strictly necessary). We store a few small items in your browser to sign you in, keep your session secure and remember your cookie choice. They do not track you across sites and cannot be switched off.

Analytics and advertising: only if you accept. On your first visit a banner asks whether you accept analytics and advertising cookies. Until you click "Accept", none are set. If you accept, we use:

If you reject, or have not chosen yet. The Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag are not loaded at all, so nothing is sent to Meta or LinkedIn and none of their cookies are set. For Google we use Google Consent Mode: without your consent, no Google cookies are stored on your device. Google may still receive basic signals without an identifier (for example, that a page was viewed and the browser type), and ad-click identifiers are removed from them. On our Berlin pages, nothing at all is sent to Google until you click "Accept": the Google script is not loaded there.

What we send to Google, Meta and LinkedIn. The page address (without anything after a "?" for form events), page views, the course name for form events, and the type of action (for example counselling request, batch application, website audit request, contact enquiry, quote request, curriculum download, enrolment, phone click or WhatsApp click), with a random reference number for each form sent so it is counted only once. We never send your name, email address, phone number or the website address you ask us to audit, and we do not use "advanced matching" or automatic form-data collection on Meta or LinkedIn. Meta and LinkedIn may combine what their tags collect with what they already know about you if you have an account with them, under their own privacy policies; their processing can take place outside India, including in the United States.

Ad and campaign details with your enquiry. If you reached our site from an ad or a link with campaign tags, your browser keeps the click identifier (gclid, gbraid or wbraid) and the campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term). Without consent they are kept only for the current browser tab; if you accept, for up to 90 days. They are sent with your counselling request, batch application or course payment, so we know which campaign brought your enquiry, and are kept with that record under our Data Retention Policy.

Course payments and Google Ads. If you reached us through one of our Google ads and clicked "Accept", and later pay for a course, we tell Google Ads that the ad click led to a payment once our team has confirmed the money was received. We send only the click identifier, the amount, the currency, the time and our order number - never your name, email address or phone number. To link a payment to an earlier enquiry, we compare email addresses or phone numbers inside our own systems; they are not sent to Google. Without your consent, nothing about your payment is sent to Google.

Changing your choice. Use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page, or the button below. If you change to "Reject", the Meta and LinkedIn cookies on softpro9.com are deleted; you can delete the others in your browser settings.
