Delhi NCR project: A Hindi/English voice assistant for customer queries using Whisper and an LLM, using data and conventions from Delhi NCR.
New batches start every Monday and Thursday, with no more than 15 learners in each. Weekday class slots in IST: 7 AM / 7:30 PM / 9 PM. Weekend slots: 10:30 AM / 10:30 PM.
Evening weekday and weekend batches avoid cross-NCR commutes entirely.

Artificial intelligence is the broad field of building systems that perform tasks we associate with human intelligence: understanding language, recognising images, reasoning over documents and taking actions. Machine learning is the main technique behind modern AI, and large language models (LLMs) are its most visible recent result.
This course is about building with AI, not just using chatbots. You learn how neural networks and transformers work, then build real applications on top of LLMs: retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) over company documents, AI agents that call tools, fine-tuned models, vision and speech features, with evaluation, guardrails and cost control so they are safe to put in front of users.
Delhi NCR is spread across Delhi, Gurugram, Noida and Faridabad. Gurugram's Cyber City and Golf Course Road host consulting, GCC and startup offices; Noida and Greater Noida have large IT campuses; and Delhi itself has government, policy and education employers. There is no single official AI certification. Optional vendor exams include Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102), AWS Certified AI Practitioner and Google Cloud generative AI certifications; they are paid directly to the vendor and are not part of our fee. SoftPro9 issues a course completion certificate. AI hiring today is driven mainly by working projects you can demo.

No. Prompt engineering is one module. Most of the course is building: neural networks, RAG systems, agents, fine-tuning, evaluation and deployment.
Commercial APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) and open models (Llama, Mistral) run locally or in the cloud, so you learn to choose between them on quality, cost and privacy.
Practice credits for class exercises are provided. For your own projects after the course, many providers have free tiers or low-cost options we show you.
Machine Learning focuses on predictive models and MLOps. Artificial Intelligence focuses on generative AI: LLMs, RAG, agents, vision and speech.
No. NCR learners join live online batches taught from Bangalore, with recordings and a 15-learner cap.
For Data Analytics, yes: SQL tests, Excel tasks and a presentation round are part of mock interviews.
